Child and Youth Workers Supporting Ages 13-17.
Our Child and Youth Workers provide supportive, strengths-based services for youth ages 13 to 17 as they navigate the challenges of adolescence and build skills for independence. Support may focus on emotional regulation, coping strategies, confidence, self-esteem, communication, healthy relationships, stress management, and problem-solving. Child and Youth Workers can also assist with anxiety, school pressures, motivation, peer conflict, attention and focus challenges, identity development, and family transitions. Using age-appropriate, collaborative approaches, they help youth develop practical tools to manage everyday challenges, strengthen resilience, and work toward personal goals. Parent collaboration, school advocacy, and coordinated support with other professionals may also be included when helpful.
