Parent Based Support.

Parent support with our Child and Youth Workers is designed to help caregivers feel confident, supported, and equipped to navigate the everyday challenges of raising children and youth. Services may include guidance around behaviour management, emotional regulation strategies, building routines, improving communication, strengthening parent-child relationships, and responding to challenges such as anxiety, school stress, ADHD-related concerns, or family transitions. Child and Youth Workers offer practical, strengths-based strategies that can be implemented at home, while also collaborating with parents to better understand their child’s needs and create consistent, supportive approaches. The goal is to empower families with tools that foster connection, resilience, and positive growth.
